そこで「春を運んでくる船」、「夏の川や湖でのボート遊び」と言ったイメージで船形のボウルを作ってみた。
春や夏の野菜や果物を盛ったサラダを食卓の真中に置くもの。

When I had my first visit to UK, I realized and was surprised that the British don’t often celebrate nuance of the shifting season on their tables. Generally, Japanese express the four seasons by both foods and tablewares. So I have tried to design such tablewares for English tables. If you serve spring vegetables on this bowl, this becomes a boat which brings Spring for your table.
